COVID-19…STAYING SAFE

Happily all Covid restrictions for the hospitality industry in Wales were once again lifted on Friday 28th January 2022.

Face masks/coverings are no longer a legal requirement in hospitality settings, and all social distancing rules have been removed, allowing us to return to maximum capacity in all our venues. There is no longer a restriction on the maximum amount of people that can sit/socialise together. We are also back to service at the Bar again (much to the welcome relief of our Bar staff!) as table service is no longer mandatory. We no longer need to take your contact details on arrival for the Welsh Government’s Track and Trace scheme.

We will, however, continue to monitor the regular Welsh Government updates and will act accordingly if any changes are required.

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU…

We all still have our part to play to ensure our park is, and remains, Covid secure. We appreciate you will have been looking forward to your break more than ever, but please, if you or any member of your family is experiencing Covid Symptoms, do not visit us for now.

Furthermore, if you or any of your family experience Covid symptoms whilst on park, please contact us immediately. Do not leave your accommodation and await our instructions.

OUR FRIENDLY TEAM ARE HERE FOR YOU

For now, staff temperatures will still be checked daily on arrival for their shift. If they, or any member of their household, is experiencing Covid symptoms they will be self-isolating at home. Let’s all help keep Wales at alert level zero, so we can hopefully finally enjoy a full year of fun and laughter!
